Gluten-Free Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip
It’s easy to make this dip for parties and can be made fairly quickly. Using cooked chicken to make this dish is ideal because it takes less time from start to finish. This recipe can be made using fresh chicken but it will increase the overall preparation time of the dish.
Any way that the chicken is prepped, the buffalo hot sauce is mixed into the chicken.
It is then layered on the bottom of a casserole dish and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the cream cheese down and mix it in the ranch dressing. To make this recipe gluten-free, make sure to use a gluten-free ranch dressing product.
Once the cream cheese mixture is thoroughly combined, pour it over the chicken with hot sauce.
Lastly, the shredded cheese is sprinkled over the entire dish and it is placed in the oven to bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Using a saucepan, melt the cream cheese and add the 1/2 cup of ranch dressing.
- Spread the chicken mixture into the bottom of a small casserole dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the casserole dish filling.
- Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
*You can use rotisserie chicken, canned chicken, or freshly cooked chicken for this recipe. To make this recipe quick, use already prepared chicken.
