Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna dump and start recipe. It takes just a few steps and a few minutes to make this quick and easy family-friendly dinner.
It takes less than 30 minutes for this lazy lasagna to be done - less work and much faster than traditional lasagna.

QUICK AND EASY DINNER
This lazy lasagna is the perfect meal to make when you're running short on time. Once the ground beef and the Italian sausage are sauteed with the garlic cloves, onion, and bell pepper, the grease is drained and the meat mixture is returned back to the pot.
The lasagna pasta is then broken into pieces small enough to fit inside the liner of the Instant Pot. The remainder of the seasonings is then added on top of the pasta followed by the tomatoes and tomato sauce.
It only takes 6 minutes of pressure cooking time to make this Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna and then the pressure is quickly (and carefully!) released before turning the pot to saute.

Cheesy Dump and Start Lasagna
Once the Instant Pot is back on saute, the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and ricotta cheeses are added to the pot and stirred until melted.
Half & Half is added to help make this cheese creamy and once that is combined with the lasagna, the spinach is added and stirred into the mixture.
