Spread the creamy peanut butter evenly on top of the powdered sugar mixture.

Roll Jelly-Roll Style

Starting with the long side, roll tightly.


Using parchment paper helps roll the candy tighter.


CHILL THE potato candy for 1 hour before slicing and store in the refrigerator. 


A little goes a long way - slice into 1/4 inch pieces and store in between layers of parchment paper
