– Cheesecake pudding mix – Cream cheese, softened – Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract – Egg – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – White chocolate chips – Raspberry preserves

Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine the wet ingredients. Cream the wet butter and the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sugars, egg, vanilla extract, and pudding mix. Combine the dry ingredients. Combine the flour and baking soda.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and the raspberry preserves.
Scoop the cookies onto the cookie sheet and bake for about 13 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before moving.
