– Velveeta cheese (or other processed cheese) – Italian Sausage – Cream cheese – Original Rotel w/ green chilies – Diced jalapenos, jarred
Time: 2 hrs on high
Brown the sausage. Brown the Italian sausage (or ground beef) and crumble the meat and drain.
Fill the Crockpot. Transfer the meat to the Crockpot. Cut the Velveeta cheese and the cream cheese up into cubes and add to the Crockpot.
Add the can of Rotel and the diced jalapenos. Jarred diced jalapenos with juices add more flavor to the dip.
Slowcook on HIGH- Place the lid on the Crockpot and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Remove the lid and stir the ingredients together and serve. To reheat- add a splash of milk to make creamy again.
