Step 1

Layer the ingredients- Place the uncooked ground beef in the inner liner. Top with the diced onion and minced garlic.

Layer the ingredients-  Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, ground cinnamon, allspice, cayenne, cloves, and salt on top of the beef. Sprinkle in the granulated sugar and the unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add the Liquids-  Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Top with the beef stock. Do not stir.

Pressure Cook-  Pressure cook for 10 minutes and allow a natural release for 10 minutes.

Stir in the chili-  Break up the ground beef using a meat chopper and stir to combine the ingredients.
